Please read the information below before booking your consultation.

(1) Upon submission of this form and successful booking of your consultation, expect an email within 1-2 business days, presenting a tentative appointment date and time. 

(2) Included in this email is a link for the virtual meeting room, you can confirm your appointment through this e-mail. 

(3) We try to accommodate all scheduling preferences, in the case we can not, you can accept the alternative time provided or reply to our email with other available dates. 

(4) As Behaviour Support Specialists, our role is separate from providing medical advice; instead, we focus on offering non-pharmacological strategies to mitigate responsive behaviours. More Importantly, we do not endorse, recommend, or suggest any medical treatments, diagnoses, or prescriptions. To ensure the best care, we actively encourage the involvement of a physician when medical interventions are necessary. 

(5) Cancellation of this service is permissible at any time by clicking “cancel my appointment” in the email sent to you, with the virtual meeting link. Alternatively, you may email caringfordementiacanada@gmail.com to cancel.  

(6) There is no obligation to continue with the virtual care service following the free consultation.

  3. Wait for Behaviour Specialist to Join.
